LPU and local ministries are partnering together to offer students an accredited and affordable online degree that is integrated into a hands-on immersive training experience. These partnerships offer the best of both worlds: accredited Biblical education and practical ministry experience. Below is a list of our church and ministry partners. Each offer a unique immersive training experience designed to enhance a students educational experience.
The program takes 2-years to complete, allowing you to earn an A.A. in Biblical Studies or General Studies. Upon completion of the program, students can complete a bachelor's degree online or oncampus in San Dimas, CA.
How to Apply
1. Apply Online
Applying is easy. You can complete the online application in 20 minutes. Click here to begin.
2. Submit Personal Essay
Write a 2-3 page essay addressing your salvation experinece, present walk with the Lord, church involvement, and your future goals. Once you apply, you may submit your essay through our online portal or email email@example.com.
3. Request Transcripts
If you are a first-time college student, you must submit official transcripts from the high school you are currently attending or have graduated from. If you are a transfer student, you must submit official transcripts from any and all colleges you have previously attended.
4. Send Test Scores
Due to COVID-19 and test center cancelations, test scores have been waived for applicants applying for fall 2021.
The Immersive Training is offered at a very affordable tuition rate of $330.00 per unit and includes a site fee that varies per site. The average estimated total is $10,420 plus books and materials. Additionally, some sites may offer housing which brings additional costs. Almost every student qualifies for financial aid to help cover the cost of their education. To apply for financial aid, submit your Free Application for Federal Student Aid at fafsa.ed.gov.
