Dr. Daniel E. Ruarte is the Director of the Masters in Leadership and Assistant Professor of Ministry and Leadership Studies for the Spanish language programs at Life Pacific University. He received his Ed.D. from the University of Southern California (USC). The focus of his doctoral dissertation was to help educational leaders “Rethink Hispanic Attrition” by understanding the value of research based and proven retention models and strategies that could help Latino students succeed in higher education. Dr. Ruarte has taught at Indiana Wesleyan University, Azusa Pacific University and Facultad de Teología Internacional and has twelve years of pastoral ministry.
