The Office of Residence Life strives to provide a learning-rich environment, develop character, and form ministry and leadership skills within residents through co-curricular and extra-curricular programming including study nights, game nights, guest lecturers, etc. Policies governing Residence Life activities can be found in the Student Handbook.
Living on campus at LPC is an experience like no other. Each of the four residence halls house about 80 students. This scale allows for a wide range of students but is still small enough to encourage a cohesive group.
Each floor is staffed with a Resident Assistant who serves as a resource for their residents, addressing emergencies, enforcing policies and coordinating activities. Those activities range from Donut Man study breaks to prayer meetings to game nights where residents can get to know one another.
Newcomers to the residence halls get plenty of support. Sponsors live in quads with 5 or 6 freshmen and/or transfer students and serve as informal organizers, guides and advisers. All incoming students are assigned to single gender residence halls (all guys or all girls).
