Transcripts from other Colleges
In June 2003 the records of LIFE Bible College East & Mount Vernon Bible College were transferred to Life Pacific College. If you would like to order a transcript from either of these two institutions you may download, complete, and submit the Transcript Request form specifying the college you are requesting the records from. The details for submitting the form are included on the transcript request. If you attended LIFE Bible College in Los Angeles or San Dimas, California, you may use the same transcript request form and submit it to Life Pacific College at the address below or fax it to 909.706.3031.
Ordering a transcript is easy!
Transcripts require 5-7 business days for processing and cost $5.00 each. Rush transcripts, processed in less than 7 business days, may be requested and cost $10.00. Overnight delivery is available, but will incur additional postage fees. Please allow additional time for weekends and holidays.
To request a transcript, simply print out and complete the transcript request form . If you submit your transcript request by mail, please enclose your payment. If you submit your request by fax, please include a VISA or MASTERCARD number and expiration date in the space provided on the form or call the Registrar's Office with that information. (Please, do not email your Social Security number or credit card information for security purposes.)

Important Notes
Transcripts will not be processed for students with unpaid debts or other outstanding obligations to the college.
Transcripts are issued in accordance with the Federal "Family Educational Rights Act of 1974."
Current students may view their transcript online in their Life Link account.
