Several of the events graduates will be participating in require special apparel. Graduates should be prepared to look their best, dress conservatively and remain within the following guidelines when appropriate.
For the Orientation to Ministry Luncheon and Baccalaureate/Commissioning Service: Ladies should wear a dress, skirt or suit (pants or skirt). Gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or nice slacks, dress shirt and a blazer.
For Commencement: Ladies should wear a dark dress or suit (pants or skirt), with dark shoes. Gentlemen please wear a collared dress shirt, dark tie, slacks, socks and shoes. These guidelines are established to coordinate with the regalia (robe, hood, cap and tassel) that graduates will also be wearing that day.
Please remember that all guidelines the college has established for general appearance, ministry occasions and/or special occasions also apply. Please come prepared to adhere to these guidelines, as failure to do so may result in being restricted from participating in these functions. Flip flops, jeans and/or T-shirts are NOT appropriate attire for any of these events.
