Attend class, experience chapel, tour the campus, engage our current student and alumni panel, and explore the idea of becoming an LPC student! The students at Life Pacific College are Dreaming Bold about their lives and we want you to Dream Bold too!

Phil Manginell

Phil Manginelli is the Lead Pastor of The Square in Atlanta, GA. He and his wife Emily have four children: Jacob, Rohan, Ariel and Cyrus.  Prior to moving to Atlanta to plant The Square Phil and Emily were missionaries with YWAM and Student Ministry Pastors and Internship Directors at Mill Creek Foursquare Church north of Seattle. In late 2012 God put a burden of church planting on their hearts and they moved to Atlanta to start The Square. What started as a bible study in their living room has turned into a thriving community with the vision of starting a church plant movement throughout the city of Atlanta.

Keith Jenkins

Keith Jenkins was born in Baltimore, MD, served as a United States Marine for ten years, where he answered a calling into the ministry. Keith and his lovely wife Coco have been married for thirty years and have three children (Keith Jr 29, Keisha 26, and Joslyn 25). Together they have served in ministry at Trinity Christian Center, San Marcos, CA as Youth Pastors, Associate Pastors, and Assistant Pastors. From there they were sent to Eugene OR. Where Jubilee World Outreach was re-planted. Keith has an intense passion to see the church return to the mission of God, and positioned to bring transformation in every community. Over the thirteen years that Keith and Coco served as the Lead Pastor of Jubilee World Outreach it grew from 17 members to over 1,000 and became a thriving multi-cultural ministry in the Pacific Northwest. Keith also served as a mentor/ father figure for the University of Oregon Basketball and Football team from 1997 until April 2009. He also served as the Missional Director in the Greater Los Angeles District for Foursquare. Keith has recently moved to Beaverton, OR area to serve on the Pastoral Team of Beaverton Foursquare Church, while remaining the Apostolic covering for New Life LA in Los Angeles, CA. Keith is a passionate, inspiring, bold, and humorous communicator who has the ability to connect cross- culturally. Through his personal testimony and transparent delivery of the gospel many are saved, healed, and inspired to passionately serve The Lord.

Angie RIchey

Angie is the Vice President of Enrollment Management, Chief Communications Officer, and she has been an Adjunct Professor for 18 years at Life Pacific College. She is also a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Angie received her M.Ed with an emphasis in Curriculum and Instruction, an M. A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Hope International University and B. A. from Life Pacific College. She also served as the Assistant Director of Emmaus Road Counseling Center from 2010-2015. Angie has taught a wide range of age levels, directed programs and is a frequent presenter at conferences and retreats. She completed a documentary with acclaimed Academy Award winning Producer, Arnold Shapiro on the topic of Forgiveness which aired in November 2012. She and her husband lead The Gathering, a simple church network located in Santa Clarita, CA and have two children.


Feel free to download all of our registration forms and mail them in together - this is a great option for big youth groups planning to attend Preview Day. These can be mailed in or brought in for same-day registration to make your check-in process smoother. If you are under 18 years old you will need to print out the Rules of Engagement form and have your parent or guardian sign it. Make sure to bring it with you when you check in at Preview.
