Definition

This area of leadership is largely administrative and focuses on what might be more aptly termed “ministry management.”  Execution skills are as highly needed as vision casting skills, making this an indispensable area for students to work on.  It involves the wisdom of planning, designing, and organizing.  The tasks are not mundane because of an understanding of the deeper purpose behind them (interpretive leadership).  Some students may excel in this category, and to practice ministry in this area may allow them to discover some previously unknown personal strengths.
