Students may apply for the Pell Grant by filling out a Free Application for Federal Student Aid.

State of California Grants
The Cal Grant program provides awards for California resident applicants who demonstrate financial need and meet GPA requirements. California resident students may apply by filling out the FAFSA and a GPA Verification Form. To be eligible for a Fall semester award, the student must submit an application by March 2nd.

Student Loans
Life Pacific College participates in the Federal Family Education Loan Program (FFEL). Students and parents may borrow up to the cost of attendance through these federally subsidized and unsubsidized loans. To be eligible for an FFEL loan, students and/or parents must fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) as well as the Stafford or PLUS loan Master Promissory Note or private loan application. Applications can be completed online by going to www.edfund.org and following these steps: 1) select “Students and Parents,” 2) select “Financial Aid Planning,” and 3) select your portal out of the three options, “Stafford, PLUS or Private Loan.” For all first-time borrowers of Federal Stafford Loans at Life Pacific College, a mandatory loan entrance counseling workshop must be attended before disbursements can be made. These workshops are offered at the beginning of each semester, or one can be completed online by going to www.mapping-your-future.org.

Veterans Benefits
Life Pacific College is approved for the training of veterans who are entitled to educational benefits under existing laws. A veteran wishing to use these benefits should make application to his or her local Veterans Administration Office for approval, indicating the program of Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Theology in the fields of Bible and Theology.

Veterans and the School of Distance Learning (SDL)

Veterans may apply for benefits with Life's School of Distance Learning if they are pursuing an A.A. degree in Biblical Studies. This can later be applied to an on-campus B.A. program.

Veterans are required to meet the same financial deadlines as other students. (The first VA Education Benefit check should not be expected before the 6th week of the semester.)

The Veterans Administration requires that veterans eligible for educational benefits maintain the graduation level GPA of 2.0. All probation and dismissal policies apply to veteran students (see page 34 of the official college catalog).
