The mission of the Counseling/Psychology Department is to assist students in developing and maximizing their strengths in order to prepare them for ministering/counseling in their desired field.

This preparation is accomplished in the students' lives through:

• the pursuit of knowledge in the field of counseling
• the awareness and development of their mental, emotional, and spiritual health
• the formation of ministry and counseling skills and
• the cultivation of their experiences and achievements while at LIFE.
