/uploadedImages/Alumni_and_Friends/jimwalz.jpgDr. Jim Walz is an ordained Foursquare minister and serves as the Director of Advancement at Life Pacific College. He holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership and an MBA in Management.

 

Dr. Walz has served as a pastor, professor, college president, business executive, and naval officer. He is married to his lovely, anointed wife of 23 years, Laurie, who is also an ordained Foursquare minister. They have a 20 year-old son, Jamie, and a 16 year old daughter, Lindsey Noelani.  They currently reside in San Dimas, California.

/uploadedImages/Alumni_and_Friends/lynnettelozoya.jpgLynnette Lozoya came to Life Pacific College as the Associate Director of Advancement with 18 years experience in foundation and corporate relations, donor relations, direct mail, donor recognition, and prospect management.  Her background is in fundraising positions and consultant roles in higher education, an international evangelistic organization, a non-profit children's charity, a prison ministry, and a Christian women's home for prostitutes, drug addicts, and alcoholics.

 

Lynnette grew up in Wisconsin and has lived in North Carolina, Minnesota, New York, and now California.  In the early 90s she met and married her husband Michael, a California native.  Their 11 year old daughter Livia keeps them laughing.  Together they enjoy making music, playing board games, and exploring Southern California.

 /uploadedImages/Alumni_and_Friends/carmenquevedo.jpgCarmen Quevedo is a third generation licensed Foursquare minister and currently serves as a Project Manager in the Office of Advancement.  With an undergraduate degree in Marketing and an MBA, leadership development and the facilitation of ministry have long been her passion. 

 

Carmen and her husband Rick are actively involved in hosting small groups, greeting visitors, and Awana’s at The Church On The Way, Santa Clarita, and Aaron (4) and Christina (2) can usually be found greeting visitors, vacuuming the sanctuary, or pulling weeds in front of the church.  The Quevedo family knows that ministry is a lifestyle passed from one generation to the next.

/uploadedImages/Alumni_and_Friends/Cropped Jessica Stewart 001.jpgJessica Stewart joined the staff at Life Pacific College in 2006. She works with alumni, donors, and Foursquare pastors. Her favorite aspect of the job is connecting alumni back to the college by organizing reunions, sending emails and letters, and reuniting alumni with former classmates. 

 

Jessica serves at New Life Foursquare Church alongside her husband, Aaron, a LIFE alumnus and licensed Foursquare pastor. They have three amazing children who keep them very busy with sports, choir, and youth group events. She counts it a great honor to serve the Lord at LIFE, in the local church, mentoring her children, and serving youth in the San Dimas community.

 /uploadedImages/Alumni_and_Friends/tashajohnson.jpgTasha Johnson serves as the Executive Assistant to the President at Life Pacific College where she is responsible for the overall administrative management of the Office of the President.  In addition to managing the Office of the President, she also assists the Office of Advancement on various projects. She received her B.A. in English and is currently pursuing an M.A. in Organizational Leadership.

 

Tasha grew up in eastern Kentucky before moving to Oregon in 2005 where she served as staff of a Foursquare church. In September 2009 she moved to southern California to work at Life Pacific College. Going to the movies is one of her favorite pastimes along with reading a good book and visiting interesting places in southern California.
