The LIFE Director of Ministry Formation serves as the Licensing Coordinator for all graduates pursuing a Foursquare License. They receives all paperwork from graduates, helps grads connect with a coach, schedules interviews, and works with the Foursquare regional and district offices to see the process to completion. He is also licensed, and is available to answer questions or offer advice.

The Pacific ARC (Administrative Resource Center) processes background checks, sends Coaching Guides (FLPG/Foursquare Licensing Process Guide) to candidates, sends Online Polity Course passwords, and coordinates final approval of licensing with the District Office and the Foursquare International Board.
